1) What counts as knowledge?

Defining things is often a good place to start. I think “knowledge” here is not information out in the world: it is not what we as the human species know about the world and our realities. I think this knowledge is specifically about what’s in my own head. What counts as knowledge in my own mind?

Well, obviously, information such as facts and theories is knowledge that I have about the world, such as math formulas (haha as if I remember), social theories about how people think or at least how they behave, etc. I guess knowledge is also things I know about myself and others based on exerience and evalution. It’s more subjective and apt to change, and most of the knowledge about myself (at least combined) is not facts I share in common with others, though individual things are not unique.

I don’t know if this is part of the question, but where does this knowledge come from? Knowledge comes from credible sources that I’ve read or listened to. They are ideas that I’ve come into contact with or have worked out myself which seem true as they help me make more sense of myself and the world.
